Our approach
Accessibility is part of our ongoing work on IsraWheels. We use the Israeli web-accessibility standard and WCAG guidance as references for improvement. This statement describes current features and limitations; it is not a certification, and we do not claim standards compliance or a completed full accessibility audit.
Navigation and reading
The interface is available in Hebrew and English. Main navigation uses labelled links and visible keyboard focus. Skip-to-content links help bypass navigation on the public service pages and in the automotive workspace.
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls, Enter to follow a link, and the browser’s zoom controls to enlarge content. On small screens, the navigation is available through the menu. Wide data tables may require horizontal scrolling within the table.
Charts, filters and downloads
Filters have text labels. The monthly registration view provides a table of months and counts alongside decorative bars. Ranking tables have row and column headings, a labelled search control and result messages. Export progress is announced as text.
Where a download is available, it provides a tabular version of the relevant data. A download does not replace the need to make the on-screen interface accessible.
Current limitations
Some interactive charts in the signed-in workspace still rely partly on colour and may not provide equivalent access with a screen reader. A comprehensive NVDA/VoiceOver assessment has not been completed. Compatibility across every page, device and assistive technology has not been established.
Sign-in and payment pages operated by external providers may behave differently. If one of these prevents you from completing a task, please contact us so we can assess an alternative.
Assistance and reporting a barrier
For accessibility enquiries or a request for an alternative format, contact israwheels@israwheels.com. Please describe the task, the page address and the difficulty. Browser and assistive-technology details can help, but do not send passwords or medical information.
We review reports and work to resolve barriers or provide a suitable alternative where possible. We will coordinate the response format with you. Requests do not require a paid account.
Scope and updates
This statement covers IsraWheels public pages and the automotive research workspace. Content review: 28 October 2026. It is updated as testing and remediation progress. It does not establish a legal exemption or limit rights under applicable law.
