The form confirms receipt only after the notice is saved, with a reference and time. Keep that confirmation. Receipt of notice does not itself execute a refund or change access. If you use email instead, press Send in your mail service; opening a mail link alone does not send notice.
Your access and rights
A one-time 30-day purchase does not renew automatically, so there is no recurring charge to stop.
Non-waivable cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected. Where Israeli distance-sale rules for an ongoing service apply, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase or receipt of the transaction disclosure, whichever is later, even after access begins.
Any refund due under those rules is made within 14 days after receipt of notice. A proportionate charge for service already provided and a cancellation fee may apply only where permitted by law. Any permitted cancellation fee is no more than 5% of the transaction price or ILS 100, whichever is lower. No cancellation fee applies for a defect, non-conformity, late supply or another breach by us.
Other statutory rights remain unaffected, including extended cancellation periods where the legal conditions are met. For an ongoing service, statutory termination is generally within three business days after notice, or six business days for registered post, unless you choose a later date. A lawful cancellation is not automatically deferred to the end of the 30-day period.
