1. The service
IsraWheels brings together public Israeli vehicle data to compare brands and models, examine trends and export data for your work. Operator and privacy contact. Service enquiries: israwheels@israwheels.com.
The subscription is available to individuals and businesses, for one named user. No business registration or prior business approval is required.
The free view includes selected figures and breakdowns, not the full research workspace. Read each view with its stated source, period and coverage.
2. Access and payment
The standard offer is ILS 249 for 30 consecutive days from confirmation of payment received. The displayed price is the final total, including any applicable tax, with no addition at payment. It is a one-time purchase without automatic renewal or recurring charges. Creating an account or an order does not activate paid access.
Payment is verified through PayPal. Transaction documents include the relevant customer and payment details and the required issuer details. They are delivered electronically to the corresponding email addresses.
Purchase is available only through a payment method offered by the service. Do not transfer money without approved instructions. After access expires, a new one-time purchase requires a new order and payment. The new access period starts when that payment is confirmed; previous periods do not change. Early renewal and overlapping payments are not accepted.
3. Cancellation and refunds
Send a cancellation notice to israwheels@israwheels.com, or use the cancellation page. Include your name, account email and, if available, order reference. No sign-in or identity-document image is required. You can also give notice by phone: 054-7268283.
Non-waivable cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected. Where Israeli distance-sale rules for an ongoing service apply, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase or receipt of the transaction disclosure, whichever is later, even after access begins.
Any refund due under those rules is made within 14 days after receipt of notice. A proportionate charge for service already provided and a cancellation fee may apply only where permitted by law. Any permitted cancellation fee is no more than 5% of the transaction price or ILS 100, whichever is lower. No cancellation fee applies for a defect, non-conformity, late supply or another breach by us.
Other statutory rights remain unaffected, including extended cancellation periods where the legal conditions are met. For an ongoing service, statutory termination is generally within three business days after notice, or six business days for registered post, unless you choose a later date. A lawful cancellation is not automatically deferred to the end of the 30-day period.
This is a professional research service. Consumer-law protection depends on the actual purpose and circumstances of the purchase; it is not excluded merely because you use a business account.
4. Permitted use
Access is personal to one named user. Do not share sign-in details or transfer access. Team use requires a separate arrangement. The service permits viewing and built-in downloads for your own personal or professional use.
Do not systematically scrape the service, bypass restrictions, make bulk downloads beyond the built-in tools, redistribute or resell the processed data, or use it to build a competing database. Public source data remains subject to its own terms; the platform, processing and combinations are the operator’s intellectual property to the extent protected by law.
5. Sources and limitations
Ministry of Transport data is obtained through data.gov.il and processed by IsraWheels. This does not imply endorsement or an official relationship. New registrations, the active vehicle fleet and changes between registry snapshots are different measures; they must not be read as interchangeable daily sales or reported importer deliveries.
The information supports research, not a recommendation to buy or sell a vehicle, a sales forecast or confirmation of a particular transaction. Source availability, delays and later corrections affect coverage. Verify important figures with their source before making a business decision.
6. Availability and responsibility
We work to process data accurately and correct faults. Source data may be delayed or revised, and continuous availability, completeness or freedom from error cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance may temporarily interrupt access.
These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer and privacy rights.
7. Versions and applicable law
This published version applies to new purchases from its publication date. A price change does not affect a period already paid for. Material changes affecting a paid period are handled under applicable law while preserving cancellation and refund rights. Records of the version accepted for previous purchases are retained.
Israeli law applies, and jurisdiction is determined under applicable law. Nothing here limits consumer or other rights that cannot be waived.
